Many Wonderful Memories...

Hi Vin,

I can't begin to tell you how many wonderful memories that your site has given me!!! I thought I was the only one who remembered Palisades Park!!! I remember every summer my mom would take me by Bus to Palisades I waited all year to go! We lived in the Bronx and this was our vacation so to speak! I remember sitting by the pool listening to Carly Simon and winning a gold fish that we took home by bus! I also remember the rides and the food! Oh sooo good!!!!

I also remember being a contestant in the little miss America pageant!!! I didn't win or come close but the experience will always be remembered!! I was little miss America that day!!!

My son is now going to be 18 and luckily we live in Florida and we have been to Disney and Universal, but they can't compete to Palisades or Coney Island!!!!

It was nice to spend time looking at your site and to know that there are so many people that do remember the good old days!!!

If only we could all go back for a few days and relive the old times it would be wonderful!
