I Remember The TV Commercials

I am sorry to say that I never had the opportunity to visit the park, (my parents never took me) however, I do remember the T.V. commercials for the park. I recall something about a very large swimming pool. For some reason, even though I never visited the park, I feel very nostalgic about it (nostalgic enough to seek out your website).

It's a shame that most of the amusement parks no longer exist. I used to visit Rockaways' Playland in New York. As a young girl I remember how much fun we had in the fun house and on all of the rides. Things will never be the same.

I really enjoy your website and hope to be able to see NJN's documentary on the Park.
