A Fantasmegoric Dreamland

As a teen from North Jersey I had several dates, including one in which I got nauseous on the Monster ride! I was so embarrassed! I remember the bus pulling up to a side entrance and running to get lemonade and french fries! I also was in a rock band as a teen.. and we played one time at a small bandstand/bar near that side entrance. For a while it was my claim to fame!! Also I remember riding up the West Side Highway in Manhattan at night, looking across the Hudson River, and seeing Palisades...like some fantasmegoric dreamland at the top of the cliffs!
