great, it takes you right up to the gate."
I can't remember how many times we
took the bus from Journal Square in Jersey City to P.A.P. I am now 62
and living in Chandler, AZ. however my memories of The Park will never
die. From family trips as a child, to being able to go with friends by
bus, to going with my own car as a teenager and young adult, I just
close my eyes and I'm back there inhaling the smells. ( Fried potatoes,
ice cream waffles, lemonade, etc.) Listening to the barkers at the
varied games and rides and shows. Swimming in the salt water pool
and just being with all those people enjoying themselves. God bless all
those memories, so that we can keep going back whenever we want.
