  Fond Memories

The Little Pal Head

I use to work in one of the hangouts in River Edge NJ, and we had the matches to give out with the cigarettes, I think they were Kent matches. We discovered where they placed the special match packs and would take the two packs out of every box of matches, I guess that is why there wasn't any winners from that store, except for the workers there. I remember cutting school opening day maybe 1960, it was a cold day but the reason we went was for the bumper cars, with the clean floors and the new graphite the cars slid all over the place, and the place was empty, the operator left the two of us on the floor till we would just stop and go to another ride. GOOD TIMES, a lot of good times.

Guy Wills now in Ma.

Thanks for the site, it brings a lot of smiles.
